Choose your rope colour
Which end cap you get is decided by the post: gold posts and black posts take gold ends, polished chrome takes silver. Three ropes carry silver ends, and those are your three here: red, navy, black.

Why choose the polished chrome post
Chrome is the contemporary choice and it needs light to do anything. Chandeliers, uplighters, a photographer’s flash — whatever the room is already producing, the column gathers it and stands a bright vertical either side of the entrance. In a glass lobby it comes into its own; in a room lit deliberately low there is simply not much for it to work with.
Next to gold it reads cooler and harder, which is why concrete, glass and white-box interiors suit it far better than timber and warm carpet do. Product launches, newer venues and hotel lobbies with a modern fit-out are where it belongs.
The rope choice here is red, navy or black, all three carrying the silver caps matched to the post. That is the complete range, and the pairing does not bend either way: silver ends never appear on a gold or black post, and gold ends never appear on chrome.
